This 50-year-old female is four months post-op who had 25-year-old breast implants in place with suspected silicone breast implant rupture. She underwent breast implant removal with capsulectomies, and one of her implants was ruptured. She then had a sub-glandular breast augmentation with a new silicone gel 345cc implant and breast lift to correct her breast implant bottoming out.
