Versa’s Unique Formulation
Versa is unique thanks to its exceptionally smooth, homogenous consistency, a result of the advanced wet milling technology and proprietary formula developed by Revanesse, which produces spherical particles in shape and uniform in size. This unique formulation is designed to be biocompatible and break down slowly over time, producing the perfect balance between a smooth, even texture and enhanced volume and plumpness, revitalizing skin cells and producing a younger-looking appearance. The HA used in Versa production is of the highest quality, with an exceptionally high molecular weight, which translates into longer-lasting results.
Versa’s Unique Benefits
Versa has been studied compared to other popular (HA) dermal fillers and has consistently produced less swelling in patients who use it than other fillers. Less swelling means that patients can resume their regular activities immediately after completing the treatment, with no downtime to worry about.
Risks and Contraindications
Revanesse Versa is specifically designed and formulated for use by adults over the age of 22 and is not approved for use by patients younger than this. If you have any infection, inflammation, or other skin condition, it is advised that you postpone Versa injections until the condition subsides. Additionally, if you have received another dermal filler injection in the past several months, please advise Dr. Bachilo, as your treatment may have to be postponed until enough time has passed since your last injections.
Revanesse Versa should not be used in conjunction with a laser, intense pulsed light, chemical peels, or dermabrasion treatments, and over-the-counter (OTC) or prescription anti-wrinkle products should be avoided for 4 weeks before your Versa treatment to prevent possible interactions and the possibility of inflammation at the treatment site. If your skin tends to form keloid scars, Versa may not be the most suitable treatment option for you.
