While cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance, plastic surgery procedures such as breast reduction, breast reconstruction, and reconstruction after trauma or skin cancer excision are covered by insurance. Our staff will work with your insurance company to approve procedures that are considered medically necessary.

Refund Policy
  • All sales on services and products are final.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges on products or gift cards.
  • Packaged pricing discount based on full pre-payment and is non-refundable.
  • Quote expires 90 days after print date unless otherwise specified on the quote.
  • All prepaid services and/ or products must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. After 12 months, unclaimed services and/ or products will be deemed abandoned and therefore forfeited
  • $1,000 non-refundable deposit is due once you have committed to a surgical procedure, and is required to secure the operating room for your surgery date.
  • Full payment is required 2 (two) weeks prior to your scheduled surgery date or during your pre-op visit, whichever comes first.
    Should your plans change and you wish to cancel your scheduled procedure, we require a minimum of a 30 (thirty) day notice prior to the surgery date in order to issue a full refund, minus the $1,000 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 15 (fifteen) days prior to the surgery date or earlier, you will be refunded 50% of the payment, minus the $1,000 non-refundable deposit. All cancellations within 14 (fourteen) days of the scheduled procedure are 100% non-refundable.
  • Performance of any purchased services is at the discretion of our clinical staff. If you’re not a candidate for a service pre- purchased, you may apply the credit towards another service in our clinic.
