Breast Lift with Implants and Internal Bra

This beautiful 28-year-old patient desired a breast lift and augmentation after weight loss and breast deflation. She is now one year after her surgery which included a full breast lift and augmentation with 405cc Mentor Boost silicone implants placed under the muscle. A synthetic dissolvable breast mesh was also used as an internal bra to provide additional support, better result and help preserve her long-term perky breasts.
